摘要
400kV直流高压电缆大多采用交联聚乙烯(XLPE)材料作为绝缘,材料中低分子添加物影响直流耐压试验通过,造成产品成品率较低。为此,针对400kV直流高压电缆绝缘挤塑后处理工艺开展了研究,通过对处理前后材料中低分子物质含量的检测,明确了后处理工艺条件,产品成品率由65%提高到90%。
XLPE material is adopted as insulation of most 400 kV DC high voltage cables,but low molecular additives in material become weakness when suffering DC voltage withstanding test,which leads to low yields.The research of post-treatment extruded insulation for 400 kV DC high voltage cable is carried out.The experiment results of low molecular content in XLPE before and after treatment are compared.As a result the post-treatment processing conditions are cleared leading to the yields of finished products being increased from 65% to 90%.
