摘要
介绍光纤预制棒生产中的重要设备——外部气相沉积(OVD)设备的研究以及设计制造。研讨了气柜、车床沉积腔、运动机构、蒸发器、控制系统等各部分的功能和技术要求,阐述了相关的实现方法,其中重点介绍了OVD设备核心部件蒸发器与其控制系统。实际生产中,自行设计制造的OVD设备各项性能优异,尤其是流量与压力稳定性、沉积速率和沉积效率等主要性能均优于同类进口设备。
The research and design of OVD system for optical fiber preform manufacturing are introduced.The functions and specifications of various components,such as gas box,deposition chamber,motion mechanism,vaporizer,and control system,are discussed,and the associated implementation methods are described,mainly on the vaporizer and its control system.In practical production the performance of the self-made OVD system is excellent,especially the stability of pressure and flow,the deposition rate and efficiency are superior than those of imported equipments.
