摘要
研究了聚酯的熔融温度、熔融时间、有氧熔融以及洗涤工艺对聚酯的特性黏度的影响。通过实验发现:聚酯随着熔融温度的升高和熔融时间的增长,特性黏度逐渐降低;有氧熔融时的特性黏度有所增长;经洗涤的聚酯随熔融时间变化特性黏度变化较小,有利于回收利用。
The effect of melting temperature,melting time,aerobic melting and washing process on the intrinsic viscosity of polyester was studied.The experiment results show that: with increasing of the melting temperature and melting time,the intrinsic viscosity of polyester decreases gradually;the intrinsic viscosity increases through adopting aerobic melting;the intrinsic viscosity of washed polyester changes little under different melting time,which is a conducive condition for recycling.
