摘要 以地沟油为原料,浓硫酸为催化剂,通过酯交换反应制备生物柴油。考察了醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间的变化对原料酯化产率的影响。结果表明:醇油摩尔比为4.5∶1,催化剂用量为油质量的2.5%,反应温度为55℃,反应时间为120 min时脂肪酸甲酯(生物柴油)含量为94.36%,制得生物柴油主要指标符合石化0#柴油标准,可以和石化0#柴油任意比例调和使用。 Biodiesel was produced from waste oil by transesterification reaction with H2SO4as catalyst.The effects of the molar ratio of methanol to oil,dosage of catalyst,reaction temperature,reaction time on the transesterfication ratio of biodiesel were studied.The results show that the best extraction conditions are as follows: the mole ratio of methanol to oil is 4﹕1,H2SO4 dosage is 2.5%(w/w),reaction temperature is 55 ℃,reaction time is 120 min.Under the optimum conditions,the transesterification rate can reach to 94.36%.The major properties of biodiesel accord with those of the biodiesel standard.The biodiesel fuel may be blended with 0# diesel fuel at any ratio.
