摘要
通过变频器及控制回路的改造,结合工艺要求设计控制方案,采用仪表或DCS信号控制变频器,实现用电设备的自动控制,在节约电耗的同时,减少操作强度,提高控制精度和稳定性,为企业效益增长做出贡献。
Through transformation of the frequency converter and control loop,the control scheme was designed based on the process requirements,automatic control of electrical equipments was achieved by using instrument and DCS signal to control frequency converters.So power was saved and operation intensity was decreased,the control precision and stability were improved.
