摘要
以高阳印染纺织工业园19万m3/d印染废水为研究对象,围绕印染工业园污水处理及再生进行节能降耗及资源综合利用研究,通过强化预处理段的水质调理、开发对角升流式厌氧反应器、引入闭环智能供氧系统、强化超滤+反渗透全膜法再生水回用工艺及污泥干化焚烧内循环的资源化综合利用研究,对于厂区运行参数、水质、污泥产量、物料消耗、运行成本等进行分析,整套系统运行近2年,出水水质稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中规定的一级A排放标准,实现了再生水及污泥的资源综合利用,取得了良好的经济效益和环境效益。
Taking 1.9×105 m3/d dyeing wastewater from Gaoyang dyeing and printing industrial zone as the research object,energy saving and consumption reducing,comprehensive utilization of resources during treatment and recycling of wastewater were studied.Specific measures included strengthening the conditioning of water quality in the pretreatment section,developing diagonal upflow anaerobic reactor,introducing the closed-loop intelligent oxygen system and enhanced ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis entire membrane renewable water recycling process,and sludge drying incineration.Operating parameters,water quality,sludge production,material consumption and running cost were analyzed.The system has run for nearly two years,the water quality and stability reached class A emission standards specified in the town sewage treatment plant discharge standards "(GB18918-2002),comprehensive utilization of reclaimed water and sludge resource was achieved,good economic and environmental benefits were obtained.
