摘要
介绍了石油套管生产线上常用的钢管存储输送设备——斜台架和下坡链式输送机的优缺点;提出了在斜台架上加装不倒翁式挡板机构用于钢管的隔离、存储及输送。分析了当钢管接触挡板时,挡板右端被压下,左端上升挡住后面的钢管;当钢管离开挡板时,挡板右端抬起,左端降于斜台架下,允许下一根钢管进入挡板的工作原理及受力情况。该不倒翁式挡板具有结构简单、无须动力驱动、重量轻、投资少和能保护油套管螺纹等优点,使用效果良好。
Described in the article are the advantages and disadvantages of the steel tube storage-transfer systems as common-used in the oil casing production line,i.e.,the sloping skid bed and the declined chain type conveyer. It is proposed to mount a flexible stopper device onto the said skid bed for separating,storing and transferring tubes. Based on relevant analysis,the operation principle and loading conditions of the stopper device are identified,i.e., once the tube contacts the stopper,its right end is pressed down,while its left end goes up to stop the tubes following;and on the other hand,when the tube is getting off the stopper,its right end rises,while its left end falls beneath the skid bed,and thus the next tube is allowed to enter. This flexible stopper possesses such advantages as simplified structure,running without any power,light,low initial investment,and function of protecting tubing/casing threads,etc. Actual operation has proved the high effectiveness of the stopper device.
