MPM连轧管机的计算机辅助孔型设计

摘要 介绍了基于Delphi软件的MPM连轧管机通用计算机孔型设计软件的算法原理和系统功能;利用该孔型设计软件设计173孔型数据,并与INNSE公司给定的孔型原始参数进行比较。结果表明:孔型设计软件对孔型参数及钢管截面积的算法正确,可作为新孔型开发与指导的依据。该计算机辅助孔型设计软件在改善孔型设计效率、产品表面质量和尺寸精度、轧管机轧制力和能耗等方面可发挥较大作用。 Elaborated in the paper are the algo rithm principle and the system functions of the Delphi-based general-purpose computer design software for the MPM pass. With the roll pass design software,data of the 173 pass are designed,and then compared with the original parameters of the pass as provided by INNSE. The result shows that using of the said software leads to correct algorithm of the parameters of the pass and the cross section of the pipe, which can be adapted as the basis for instructing the development of new passes. The above mentioned CAD pass design process will play a significant role in improving efficiency of pass design,product surface quality and dimensional accuracy,and rolling force and energy consumption,etc of the mill.
