当前我国体育教育现行制度设计审视及其路径重塑

Current System Design of Physical Education in China and Optimal Solutions

体育教育的发展需要强有力的制度作保障,因此制度设计的科学与否直接关系到体育教育实施落实的彻底与否。以制度设计为视角在阐述当前体育教育制度设计意义的基础上审视当前体育教育现行制度设计的缺陷,并对这些缺陷产生的原因进行归因分析,即传统思想文化原因、教育体制原因、价值取向原因。并进而在制度设计中加强监督控制机制建设、明确目标管理机制的作用以及完善考核评价方法等内容,以期为今后的体育教育制度建设提供理论参考。

Physical education demands a powerful system to secure its development.Whether the system design is scientific or not is directly related to the implementation of physical education.The paper first explains the significance of the system design in the current development of physical education from the perspective of system design,reflects on the disadvantages of the current system design,and analyzes the reasons for the disadvantages.Those include the traditional culture and thought,educational system and value orientation.Therefore,it suggests reinforcing the construction of the supervision and control mechanism,defining the functions of the objective management mechanism as w ell as perfecting evaluation methods.In a w ord,it hopes to provide academic reference for the construction of system design of physical education in the future.
