摘要
运用系统科学思想,结合文化理论、组织文化理论和职业体育俱乐部理论,详尽探讨了职业体育俱乐部组织再造概念内涵及文化层次要素构成:职业体育俱乐部组织架构再造、管理系统再造和业务流程再造。从文化角度来说,这三个要素基本涵盖了职业体育俱乐部组织层次的方方面面,并充分体现了职业体育俱乐部这一特殊企业的独特意蕴。
Through System Science Thought,and combining with Culture Theory,Organization Culture Theory and Professional Sports Clubs,the authors theoretically discuss the meaning of the organization re-engineering of the professional sports clubs and its elements based on the cultural level theory,w hich contains three elements: the organization structure reengineering,management system re-engineering and business process re-engineering.From the point of culture,the three elements covers all aspects of the professional sports club organization,and fully embodies professional sports club’s unique meaning as a special enterprise and special organization.
