Elements of Organization Re-Engineering of Professional Sports Clubs based on Cultural Level Theory

Through System Science Thought,and combining with Culture Theory,Organization Culture Theory and Professional Sports Clubs,the authors theoretically discuss the meaning of the organization re-engineering of the professional sports clubs and its elements based on the cultural level theory,w hich contains three elements： the organization structure reengineering,management system re-engineering and business process re-engineering.From the point of culture,the three elements covers all aspects of the professional sports club organization,and fully embodies professional sports club’s unique meaning as a special enterprise and special organization.
