大学生网球运动员成就目标取向、自我妨碍与运动成绩的相关性研究

Correlation Relationship Between Achievement Goal Orientations, Self-handicapping and Sports Scores for College Tennis Athletes

对参加全国大学生网球锦标赛的242名运动员采用成就目标和自我妨碍量表,运用相关分析和回归分析方法,研究不同水平网球运动员目标取向的4个维度、自我妨碍水平及运动成绩的相关关系。结果表明,运动员掌握回避目标、成绩回避目标与自我妨碍呈正相关,掌握接近目标与之呈负相关;运动员掌握接近目标、成绩接近目标与运动成绩呈正相关,自我妨碍与之呈负相关。成就目标取向通过自我妨碍对网球运动员运动成绩有影响;性别、年龄对掌握接近和成绩接近有显著性差异,对掌握回避及成绩回避的差异不显著;运动员性别及运动等级对自我妨碍的差异效果应不显著。

The paper adopts the instruments of Achievement Goal Orientation Scale and Self-handicapping Scale,and tests 242 athletes of the National College Students Tennis Tournament.With the methods of regression analysis and correlation analysis,it is designed to investigate the four dimensionalities of achievement goal between different tennis players,and the correlativity between self-handicapping level and athletic performance.The results show that athletes’mastery-avoidance and performance-avoidance are positively correlated with self-handicapping,while mastery-approach is inversely correlated with it.Athletes’mastery-approach and performance-approach are positively correlated with athletic performance,while self-handicapping is inversely correlated with it.Achievement goal orientation will exert influence on tennis players’performance via self-handicapping.Also,in regard to gender and age,there exists a significant difference between mastery-approach and performance-approach;however,the difference is non--distinctive between mastery-avoidance and performanceavoidance.In addition,the effects of gender and grade on self-handicapping are not remarkably different.
