摘要
目的:探讨振动刺激对大鼠腓肠肌中Myf-5含量的影响,进而说明振动刺激对废用性萎缩肌肉产生的作用。方法:将40只SD雌性大鼠随机分为正常对照A组、低频振动B组、高频振动C组、悬吊D组、自然恢复E组,共5组。除A组外其他4组同时悬吊14天后,取A、D、E3组大鼠的腓肠肌肌肉组织,对B、C两组分别进行低频、高频振动刺激2周后,再取其大鼠腓肠肌肌肉组织,采用Western Blotting印迹法对各组的Myf-5进行定量分析并进行比较。结果:D组Myf-5表达明显下降(P<0.05),B、C两组Myf-5表达显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:20Hz和30Hz的振动刺激干预可以有效提高肌肉Myf-5表达水平;低频振动干预(20Hz)较高频振动干预(30Hz)的振动刺激对SMDA骨骼肌效果更明显。
Objective: To study the effects on Myf-5 content in rats gastrocnemius muscles by vibrate stimuli,which express the role of the SMDA by the Vibration stimulation further.Methods: 40 Female SD rats were assigned randomly to one of the five groups: simultaneous control(A),Suspension plus low frequency vibration stimulate(B),Suspension plus high frequency vibration stimulate(C),Suspension(D),and Suspension control(E).gastrocnemius muscles of Group A were examined 14 days later,and other 4 groups were examined after 2 weeks’vibration stimuli.The change of Myf-5 was measured by Western blotting.Results: Compared with that of group A,the expression of Myf-5 in group D was significantly reduced(P &lt; 0.05).Compared with group D,the expression of Myf-5 recovered completely in group B&C(P &lt; 0.05).Conclusion: 20Hz and 30Hz vibration stimulation intervention can improve muscle Myf-5 expression levels,and low frequency vibration training(20Hz) is more obvious stimulus effects than high frequency vibration training(30Hz).
