摘要
运用文献资料法、调查法、测量法和数理统计法等,对冬季两项女运动员体能监测指标进行了专家筛选和指标测试。以运动成绩为因变量,各指标数据为自变量,进行逐步回归分析,对入选体能指标进行降维分层,在此基础上将数据标准化Z分处理,初步建立了科学反映我国冬季两项运动员体能监测体系的回归方程,以及体能单项和综合评价标准。
In this paper,the authors had expert screening and testing indicators on biathlon women athletes’physical monitoring indicators using the method of literatures,survey,measurement and statistics.Taking the Athletic performance as the dependent variable and index data as the independent variables,w e carried on a stepw ise regression analysis,and conducted dimensionality reduction stratification of selected physical indicators,standardized Z-score on the basis of data processing,established an initially scientific regression equation reflecting our biathlon athletes physical monitoring system,as w ell as a physical single and comprehensive evaluation criteria.
