HPLC法测定脱皮马勃中白色线状环脂肽的含量

Determination of White-Linear-Inducing Principle in Lasiosphaera Fenzlii Reich by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定脱皮马勃中白色线状环脂肽的含量。方法:采用Welchrom C_(18)色谱柱(200×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(50:50),流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长214 nm。结果:白色线状环脂肽的线性范围为0.25～40μg(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为100.89%,RSD=2.51%(n=9)。结论:该法操作简单、快速、可作为脱皮马勃中白色线状环脂肽的含量测定方法。

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of white-linear-inducing principle in Lasiosphaera fenzlii Reich.Method：The HPLC method was conducted on a Welchrom C18 column（200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（50：50） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was 214 nm.Result;The linear of white-linear-inducing principle range was 0.25 -40μg（r = 0.999 9 ）.The average recovery was 100.89%（RSD =2.51%,n =9）. Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid and reliable in the determination of white-linear-inducing Principle in Lasiosphaera fenzlii Reich.
