摘要
目的:建立测定降脂护肝胶囊中绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:50%(v/v)甲醇-水水浴回流提取胶囊内容物,高效液相色谱法测定。色谱柱:Symmetry C_(18)(150 mm×3.9 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水-醋酸(25:225:5),流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长:327 nm。结果:绿原酸溶液在在10.6～106.0μg·ml^(-1)范围内与峰面积值具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率96.72%(RSD=1.36%,n=6)。结论:方法操作简便、快捷,利于完善降脂护肝胶囊的质量标准。
Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Jiangzhi Hugan capsules.Method： A symmetry C18 column（150 mm×3.9 mm,5μm） was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-acetic acid（25：225：5 ） and the flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1 at the detection wavelength of 327 ran.Result：The method showed good linear relationship（r = 0.999 9） within the range of 10.6 -106.0μg·ml-1 for chlorogenic acid.The average recovery was 96.72%with RSD of 1.36%（n = 6）.Conclusion：The method is simple and quick,and suitable for improving the quality control of Jiangzhi Hugan capsules.
