地佐辛注射液对急性冠脉综合征镇痛的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察地佐辛注射液对急性冠脉综合征镇痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法:急性冠脉综合征患者74例随机分为地佐辛组和吗啡组各37例,分别静注5 mg地佐辛注射液和吗啡注射液。观察2组患者镇痛疗效、心率、血压、儿茶酚胺、肝肾功能与药品不良反应。结果:用药30 min两组患者VAS评分、儿茶酚胺水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药6 h地佐辛组VAS评分、儿茶酚胺水平明显低于吗啡组(P<0.05);两组心率、血压在治疗后各时点比较,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。药品不良反应发生率地佐辛组明显低于吗啡组(P<0.01)。结论:地佐辛对急性冠脉综合征镇痛的临床疗效优于吗啡,安全性较好。 Objective:To observe the analgesic effectiveness of dezocine injections in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome. Method:Seventy -four patients with acute coronary syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,dezocine group(37cases) and morphine group(37cases) with 5 mg intravenously administration of dezocine and morphine,respectively.The analgesic effectiveness, heart rate,blood pressure and side effects were observed after the drug administration.The serum catecholamine was determined before and after the drug administration as well.Result:There were no differences between the two groups in VAS scores and catecholamine content at 0.5 h after the drug administration(P &gt;0.05),while those were significantly lower in the dezocine group than those in the morphine group at 6 h after the drug administration(P &lt; 0.05 ).There were no significant differences between the two groups in the blood pressure and heart rate(P &gt; 0.05).The side effects were significantly decreased in the dezocine group compared with those in the morphine group(P &lt;0.01).Conclusion;The analgesic effectiveness of dezocine is better than that of morphine in the treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome with fewer side effects.
