石家庄市从业人员戊肝亚临床感染状况的调查

Investigation on sub - clinical infection of hepatitis E virus among employees in Shijiazhuang

目的为了解石家庄市从业人员戊型肝炎病毒(hepatitis E virus,HEV)亚临床感染情况。方法对2011年1月-2012年1月来我中心体检的119 819名从业人员常规检测抗HEV-IgM抗体和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine amin-otransferase ALT),用统计学方法分析石家庄从业人员HEV亚临床感染情况。结果 119 819名从业人员HEV亚临床感染率为0.077%,男性高于女性。随年龄增长感染率差异无统计学意义。不同季节感染率差异无统计学意义。抗HEV-IgM抗体阳性率在ALT异常者中高于ALT正常者中。其中来自同一单位,同一职业的占总阳性的45.7%。结论石家庄市从业人员中存在HEV亚临床感染者,其作为潜在的传染源应加强管理。

Objective To understand the prevalence of sub - clinical infection of hepatitis E virus among em- ployees in Shijiazhuang. Methods A total of 119 819 employees who came to our center for physical examina- tion from January of 2011 to January of 2012 were tested with hepatitis E virus IgM and the level of ALT rou- tinely. The data were analyzed by statistical method. Results The sub - clinical infection rate of hepatitis E virus was 0. 077%. The infection rate of male was higher than that of female. There was no statistical differ- ence in different ages and seasons. The anti - HEV - IgM positive rate of ALT abnormal employees was higher than that of the normal employees. There were 45.7% anti - HEV - lgM positive employees who came from the same company and did the same work. Conclusions There were sub - clinical infection of hepatitis E virus among employees in Shijiazhuang, thus we should strengthen management of the sub - clinical infected per- sons.
