摘要
目的:研究生长发育期主食硬度对成人咀嚼效率的影响。方法:通过调查问卷对198名山东籍大学生进行随机调研,分别选择其成长期间以馒头为主食和以煎饼为主食的大学生为主食软硬两组的研究对象,并按要求进行咀嚼测试,利用722型分光光度计对咀嚼效率定量分析。结果:经t检验,在男性组(P=0.9199)、女性组(P=0.7416)、总体(P=0.8677)中两组之间均无显著性差异。结论:生长发育期主食硬度并不会影响成人咀嚼效率。
Objective: To investigate the effect of food consistency on masticatory efficiency of maturity during develop- ing period. Methods: 198 university students coming from Shandong province were randomly surveyed through question- naires. Objects mainly eat pancakes or steamed bread were assigned to hard group and soft group, respectively. Then chew- ing test and quantitative analysis on masticatory efficiency by using 722 spectrophotometer were performed. Results: There was no significant influence between two groups for male (P=0.9199), female (P=0.7416) and all (P=0.8677), respectively. Conclusions: Food consistency was showed to have no significant influence on masticatory efficiency of maturity during developing period.
