幼儿同伴冲突的潜在价值及引导方法 被引量:1

摘要 幼儿同伴冲突具有潜在的价值,可以提升幼儿的社会认知,理解自我及他人情感,提高交际技巧。幼儿教师可以采用高级调解、低级调解、幼儿自行商榷等方法,通过发现问题、找到解决办法、重建良好气氛等步骤引导幼儿解决同伴冲突。
