摘要
预约诊疗在现代医院的发展进程中起到"减少就诊等候时间、提高工作效率"的实用性作用,在现有医院实施的预约制度中没有一个标准化规范,然而医院作为一个服务性质很强的行业(甚至可以认同为服务业)急需一个预约诊疗的标准规范来更好的为临床一线服务,减少就医患者的等候时间与来回走动距离,同时减少一线门诊医师的工作量。从服务业来认同医院的预约诊疗系统就需要一个完善科学的服务流程来服务于预约诊疗系统,在现有各种医院的预约体系中受各种因素的制约与实际情况的不同,预约制度千差万别,服务流程是服务业的重要组成部门,服务流程的科学与否直接决定服务质量的好坏,要做好服务,让就医患者认可医院的服务质量,提升医院的知名度与工作效率就必须从预约流程进行着力管控,打好流程管理这一服务基石,最终达到预约诊疗流程完善、科学";服务型医院"理念深入人心;减少客观因素对预约制度的负面影响的目的。
