脑性瘫痪是儿童引起肢体残疾的最常见原因,脑性瘫痪是多病因的,包括产前、产时、产后等因素,产前因素在脑性瘫痪中扮演着重要的角色,因此,脑性瘫痪的病因学研究重点应放在产前因素上。

Cerebral palsy（CP） is the most common physical disability in childhood.At present,the domestic and international research shows that the causes of cerebral palsy are multifactorial,including antenatal,intrapartum and postnatal factors.Many studies have revealed that antenatal factors play more important roles.The study on etiology of cerebral palsy should focus on the prenatal factors.
