摘要
开发了一种以环氧树脂为基料,锌粉、助剂及聚酰胺树脂、溶剂组成的富锌涂料,其具有厚涂、固化速度快、耐磨性优异、附着力强、耐盐雾性优异等特点,符合TB/T1527-2011《铁路钢桥保护涂装及涂料供货技术条件》中特制环氧富锌防锈底漆技术要求,适用于铁路桥梁钢桥主体、支座,用于腐蚀环境较严重地区的重防腐蚀。
A zinc-rich coating with epoxy resin as binder, addition of zinc powder, additive, polyamide resin and solvent was developed. Its characteristics were thick coating, curing speed, excellent wear resistance, strong adhesion, excellent salt spray resistance. To meet the requirements of special epoxy zinc-rich primer technology in the TB/T 1527-2011 〈 The protection coating anti-corrosion and specicafition for the supply of paints for railway steel bridge 〉, suitable for heavy corrosion of railway bridges subject, bearing is used in more serious corrosive environment areas.
