摘要
大学教师的学科能力对提高教学质量,彰显学科价值,促进学科发展和教师的专业能力发展都具有重要意义。大学教师的学科能力主要包括学科通观能力和学科自我效能感。前者指教师对某一学科的知识结构、发展动力、研究方法、思维模式、学科功能、知识衍生的内外逻辑等所具有的理性认识能力、直觉判断能力和知识还原能力;后者指教师对自己所教学科的价值有一种自信心和自豪感,并且相信自己的学科教学能力,相信通过学科教学能对学生及学科发展产生积极影响。
University teachers' disciplinary ability is significant to improve teaching quality, highlight the value of discipline, promote the development of discipline and teacher' s professional competency. It mainly includes the perceiving competence of certain subject and the self-efficacy of certain discipline. The former refers to teachers' knowledge retracing ability and rational understanding, intuitional judging ability of knowledge structure, evolutional dynamism, the research methods and thinking modes, the disciplinary function and culture, the internal and external evolutionary logic of certain discipline; the later refers to teachers' belief and pride in particular discipline, as well as their own teaching competence and the positive impact on students and the development of certain discipline.
