摘要
随着我国高等教育事业的迅猛发展,幼儿教师呈现出高学历、高职称和年轻化的趋势。研究表明:当个体的职业生涯发展到某个阶段后,由于自身和外部的原因,出现动力不足、情感枯竭、绩效下降、对未来缺乏信心等职业高原现象。本文分析幼儿教师职业高原的现状,从个人、工作和社会三个方面,探讨幼儿教师职业高原形成的原因,提出幼儿教师走出职业高原的对策与建议。
The kindergarten teachers show a new trend of higher in degree and positional titles but younger in age. The research shows that when individuals career develop to a certain stage, there will be career plateau: lack of motivation, emotion exhaustion, performance decline and lack of confidence. This article analyses the present career situation of preschool teachers, to explore the causes of career plateau from individual, profession and society, and put forward some suggestions to solve the problem.
