新疆金融排斥研究——基于地州市金融排斥指数的分析

A Research of Financial Exclusion in Xinjiang——an Analysis Based on the Financial Exclusion Index

目前,描述金融排斥程度有"六维度"分析法。本文通过地理排斥、评估排斥、营销排斥和自我排斥四个维度,运用新疆14个地州市的城镇人口占比、万人网点数、民族构成和人均GDP四个评价指标构建了新疆各个地州市的金融排斥指数,通过实证分析量化了新疆各个地州市的金融排斥程度,得出:金融排斥北疆地区最轻、东疆地区次之、南疆地区最为严重。同时分析了地州之间形成巨大金融差异的影响因素,主要是区域GDP总量和人均GDP、民族文化和宗教信仰以及人口集中度。为此,提出应加强政府归管、普及金融知识、协调南北疆经济均衡发展等政策建议,以缩小新疆各地州之间的金融差异。

At present,analysis 'six dimensions' is employed to describe the degree of financial exclusion.This paper builds the financial exclusion index of each region and prefecture in Xinjiang and quantifies their financial exclusion degree respectively by selecting 4 dimensions such as geography exclusion,evaluating exclusion,marketing exclusion and self exclusion and using the proportion of urban population,the number of outlets per ten thousands,ethnic composition and per capita GDP.Based on this,the conclusions are drawn: when it comes to the financial exclusion degree,southern Xinjiang is more serious than eastern Xinjiang and northern Xinjiang.The factors of huge financial exclusion differences among different regions and prefectures are mainly regional GDP and per capita GDP,national culture and religious belief as well as the concentration of population.Therefore,it is of necessity to strengthen the government regulation,popularize financial knowledge,and balance the economic development between southern and northern Xinjiang,thereby reducing financial differences among different regions and prefectures in Xinjiang.
