粮食最低收购价政策实施效应的实证分析

Empirical Analysis of the Implement Efficiency of the Grain Lowest Purchase

运用固定影响变截距模型,对粮食最低价收购政策影响粮食安全和农民收入进行实证分析,结果显示,粮食最低收购价收购政策的实施,影响到农民种粮的积极性,从而影响到粮食的播种面积和粮食的总产量,影响到农民总收入和粮食安全。最后,从优化政策设计、提高政策执行效果、完善政策配套措施三方面提出了优化粮食最低收购价政策的建议。

Using the fixed-effect model,the grain lowest purchase security policy impacts of grain and the income of the farmers for the empirical analysis,the analysis results show that implementation of the lowest purchase price policy for farmer's initiative to plant grain,which affects the area of grain and total grain output,and affects the total income of farmers and food security.Finally,from three aspects of policy measures of improving the optimization policy design,implementation effect,the policy is put forward to optimize the lowest purchase policy.
