摘要
目的:观察采用改进的大鼠左心室插管术制作心气虚证大鼠模型的可行性。方法:40只雄性SD大鼠随机分成2组,空白对照组和模型组。采用控食、负重强迫游泳及大剂量普萘洛尔等复合因素建立SD大鼠心气虚证模型,RM6240BD多道生物信号采集处理系统检测心功能相关指标。结果:①经改进大鼠左心室插管术,成功率明显提高。②与空白对照组比较,模型组大鼠最大心室内压、左心室收缩压(LVSP)、平均心室内压、心率(HR)等指标均降低(P<0.01),左心室内压最大上升速率(+dp/dtma)x、左心室内压最大下降速率(-dp/dtma)x及t-dp/dtmax均升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:大鼠左心室插管术的改进方法成功率提高,心气虚证模型大鼠心功能指标改变明显。
Objective:To observe feasibility of modeling method,which heart-Qi deficiency syndrome model rats were established by improved left ventricular cannulation.Methods:40 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group and model group.Heart-Qi deficiency syndrome model rats were established through alimentary control,load swimming combined with large dose propranolol.Cardiac function parameters of rats were detected by RM6240BD multiple biological signal collecting and processing system.Results:①The success rate of operation was apparently elevated by improving the skill of left ventricular cannulation.②Compared with control group,maximum ventricular pressure,left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP),average ventricular pressure,heart rate(HR)of rats in model group were decreased(P0.01),left heart indoor pressure maximum climbing speed(+dp/dtmax),left heart indoor pressure maximum decline rate(-dp/dtmax)and t-dp/dtmax of rats in model group was increased(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion:The success rate of modeling is increased by the improved skill of left ventricular cannulation,and the indexes of cardiac function are changed apparently.
