芎芷止痛颗粒的提取工艺研究

Research on Extraction Technique of Xiongzhi Zhitong Granule

目的:优选芎芷止痛颗粒的提取工艺条件。方法:采用正交试验法,以黄芩苷的提取率考察黄芩的提取工艺条件;以甘草酸的提取率考察其他药味的提取工艺条件。结果:黄芩的最佳提取工艺条件为加10倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.0h;川芎等十一味药的最佳提取工艺条件均为加10倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1.0 h。结论:优选的工艺条件适宜于制备芎芷止痛颗粒。

Objective：To optimize the extraction process of Xiongzhi Zhitong granule.Methods：Orthogonal test was adopted.Extraction rate of baicalin was used to research extraction conditions of Radix scutellariae.Extraction rate of glycyrrhizic acid was used to study extraction conditions of other herbs.Results：The optimum extracting conditions of Radix scutellariae were as follows：adding 10 times quantity of water,boiling 3 times and 1 hour each time.The optimum extracting conditions of other herbs were as follows：adding 10 times quantity of water,boiling 2 times and 1 hour each time.Conclusion：The technology conditions is suitable for preparing Xiongzhi Zhitong granule.
