48例自身抗体患者输血前配血情况回顾性分析

摘要 自身抗体是指机体自身耐受受到破坏,无法识别自身组织器官、细胞及细胞成分,导致免疫系统产生针对相应组织器官、细胞及细胞成分的抗体。自身抗体一般分为冷自身抗体和温自身抗体2类。根据自身抗体对输血前实验的影响情况分为冷自身抗体型、温自身抗体型和温冷自身抗体混合型3型。
