摘要
通过对某型300MW汽轮发电机组的振动进行跟踪分析,主要表现为#7轴承轴振动逐步增大,而轴承垂直、水平振动的高次谐波也同步增大,判断为轴瓦钨金损坏。检查发现#7轴承上瓦脱胎,通过检修处理后,#7轴承的高次谐波消失,机组振动恢复到原来正常状态。
Through the tracking test and vibratio n analysis of the 300MW turbo-generator unit,it was found that shaft vibration of the #7 bearing was increasing and the ultraharmonics vibration of bearing vertical and horizontal vibration was increasing synchronous.Therefore,that the vibration fault cause is bearing tungalloy damage was estimated.It was inspected and found that the tungalloy was fell off from the upper bearing bush.After maintenance,the ultraharmonics vibration of the #7 bearing was disappeared and and the unit vibration returned to normal.
