摘要
我国目前窃电现象严重且手段繁多,供电企业积累了大量的历史用电数据。本文通过对历史数据进行分类和分析,采用概率算法,将用户用电量的均值和方差作为正态曲线的参量,构成评价函数。分析用户的用电量变化,确定窃电嫌疑用户,为有针对性的实施反窃电提供了依据,大大缩小了防窃电的工作量,节约了防窃电工作需要的人力、物力、财力。
At present,electricity-stolen phenomenon seriously and various means in China,the power supply enterprise has accumulated a large amount of historical power data,based on the historical data classification and analysis,this paper use probability algorithm,the user consumption mean and variance adopted as normal curve parameter,constitute evaluation function,we can determine the electricity-stolen suspicion users through analyzes the user's power consumption change,provide the basis for the implementation of targeted anti electricity-stolen,greatly reduces the workload of preventing electricity-stolen,saving human,material and financial resources.
