商务楼宇用水量典型性调查与用水定额标准制定的依据

Typicality Investigation of Water Consumption and Basis of Water Consumption Norm Standard for Commercial Buildings

商务楼宇是现代城市服务业发展的重要载体,对商务楼宇制定用水定额是对城市水资源管理的重要方面。通过对上海市的8家商务楼宇的用水调查,按功能区将商务楼宇面积分成办公区、餐饮区、超市和商场区三类,采用概率平均法分别计算和研究制订了其用水定额,得到上海市商务楼宇办公区用水定额基准值为0.107 2 m3(/m2·月),餐饮区为0.547 0 m3(/m2·月),超市和商场区为0.108 4 m3(/m2·月)。针对办公、餐饮、超市和商场三类功能区分别制订用水定额地方标准,为商务楼宇用水管理提供了科学依据。

Commercial building is an important carrier to develop urban services. It is very important to formulate water consumption norm of commercial buildings for urban water management. Area of commercial buildings is divided into 3 categories：office area, dining area, supermarkets and shopping area, whose water quotas were set down respectively. Typicality investigation of 8 commercial buildings in Shanghai was carried out and the method of average probability was used to calculate the water consumption norm. Water consumption norm of office, dining area, supermarkets and shopping malls area at the commercial buildings are 0.107 2, 0.547 0 and 0.108 4 m3/（m2·month）, respectively. This result will contribute to urban water management in Shanghai.
