摘要
在基坑支护中采用可循环利用的玻纤复合材料(GFRP)构建腰梁,可以节约钢材、保护环境.结合青岛某基坑支护工程,采用两种不同材料腰梁进行对比试验的方法,对锚索预应力损失情况进行监测,初步得出GFRP腰梁对锚索预应力损失的影响.监测及分析结果表明,GFRP腰梁对施工过程中的预应力损失有一定的补偿作用,可以取代传统材料腰梁.
Using glass fiber-reinforced plastic(GFRP) waist beam in foundation pit support can save steel and protect environment.Based on the comparative test result that was carried out in a certain project in Qingdao,the changes of prestressed anchor cables in two different kinds of middle beams are studied,and the effect of GFRP middle beam on the prestress lose of anchor cable is analyzed.It is found that the GFRP waist beam has the compensation effect on prestress loss of anchors in stretching and locking,and is suitable for practical engineering.
