为进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作、弘扬和培育大学生的主体性,时隔中共中央国务院16号文件颁布八年,针对当前大学生思想政治教育所面临的新情况、新问题,再次强调高校思想政治教育应以学生的发展为本,应整合一切资源,通过构建和谐的教育、管理、服务的思想政治教育体系,实现学生的全面发展。

To develop the ideological and political education and the subjectivity of college students,after 8 years since the introduction of the 16th file of Chinese central government,according to the new situations and problems in ideological and political education of college students,we lay emphasis on the importance of ideological and political education based on students＇ development.We should build a harmonious system of education,management,and service by integrating all resources to realize the all-round development of students.
