摘要
高校心理咨询工作的有效开展对大学生的健康成长发挥了积极的作用。对影响心理咨询效果的因素进行探析,帮助大学生增强求助意愿,是高校心理健康工作者面临的迫切任务。通过对某医学院748例心理咨询个案记录进行分类分析与研究,了解心理咨询的问题类型及其在性别、年级、时间方面的分布特点,并对高校有效开展心理咨询服务提出有针对性的建议。
The effective psychological consultation in university plays a positive role in university students＇ healthy development.It is an urgent task for university psychological consultation staff to analyze the factors influencing the effectiveness of psychological consultation and make university students more willing to turn to psychological consultation.Through the analysis and study of 748 psychological consultation cases in one medical college,this study intends to understand the types of psychological consultation questions and the distributing features in gender,grade and time,and proposes the suggestions on the effective psychological consultation in university.
