摘要
现有电子元器件质量管理手段大都比较片面,缺乏理论依据。为此,在器件质量管理中引入六西格玛管理中的DMAIC方法,可以明确关键电子器件、根据实际工作条件进行可靠性测试与验证、对问题器件进行分析与改进、并最终实现长效控制,提高了质量管理的经济性和有效性。对MOSFET在荧光灯项目中的实例分析表明,样品MOSFET经过质量改进后便可满足项目需求;应用DMAIC方法是以理论为依据、数据为依托,可以成功实现器件质量评估、改进与控制。
Most of existing electronic component quality management methods are always one-sided and lack of theoretical basis. Thus, to introduce DMAIC method of Six Sigma into component quality management, this method can be used to clarify the key electronic component, perform reliability test and verification according to the actual working conditions, analyze and improve the failure samples, and achieve long-term control finally. Nevertheless, it can also improve the economical efficiency and effectiveness of the quality management. The analysis resuh of MOSFET case in fluorescent lamp project shows that it can meet project request after quality improvement. The application of the DMAIC method to the electronic component quality management is grounded on the practical data and the strict theory. The quality evaluation, improvement and control can be realized successfully.
