摘要
由于工频可控硅电源在静电除尘器领域中使用时的缺点,高频高压电源势必将取代工频电源成为静电除尘器的供电电源。而目前国内研制的高频高压电源的功率一般比较小,难以和主流的静电除尘设备相配套。介绍了采用双串联谐振回路并联的新的拓扑结构,设计出了72 kV/1.6 A的大功率静电除尘用高频高压电源。通过现场实验验证了72 kV/1.6 A高频高压电源的可行性。
Due to the disadvantage of industrial frequency power supply with SCR used in the field of electrostatic precipitator, the high frequency high voltage power supply will definitely replace industrial frequency power supply as the power supply of electrostatic precipitator. And at present the power of high frequency high voltage power supply is small, and hard to match electrostatic dust removal equipment. A new topology of double series resonance circuit in parallel is introduced, and the 72 kV/1.6 A high power high frequency and high voltage power supply for electrostatic precipitator is designed. The feasibility of high frequency and high voltage power supply has been verified by testing it in the real electric field.
