产业空间绩效视角下上海临港重装备产业区发展研究

Development of Lingang Heavy Equipment Industrial Zone in Shanghai:the Industry Spatial Performance Perspective

产业在空间上的落实将引起产业空间布局及其依托不同尺度空间内的空间要素改变,也即带来产业空间绩效的不同。本文尝试从企业空间分布、土地利用集约性、土地利用结构、就业人口空间移动等领域构建产业空间绩效的分析路径,以上海临港重装备产业区为例,分析了产业空间绩效的特征、机制,并提出了重装备产业区优化发展的建议。

The location of industry changes the structure of industrial layout and its spa-tial elements in different scales, which will contribute to different industry spatial perfor- mances. This paper attempts to construct a spatial index system of industry spatial perfor-mance, which involves the spatial layouts of companies, intensity and proportion of land use, and mobility of labor force. Based on spatial index system, the paper analyzes the industry spatial performance of Lingang Heavy Equipment Industrial Zone （LHEZ） in Shanghai. And finally, the authors put forward some suggestions on its further develop-ment optimization.
