摘要
为了更加科学合理地评估电子对抗指挥效能,结合模糊综合评判法和层次分析法的特点,提出了一种新的电子对抗指挥效能评估方法,并且通过实例证明了该方法在电子对抗指挥效能中的实际评估效果,对研究和提高电子对抗指挥效能具有重要的指导意义。
In order to evaluate the ECM command efficiency more scientifically and reasonably, this paper brings up a new method based on the ＂fuzzy synthesis＂ and ＂analytic hierarchy process＂. The example analyzing shows that this method can effectually evaluate the ECM command system efficiency, an important directing sense is given for researching and advancing EMC command efficiency.
