概述了国内外电网"调控一体化"运行管理模式现状,分析了国内省级电网"调控一体化"模式下针对500 kV变电站监控业务开展初期存在的矛盾和不足,并结合山西省电力公司调控中心"调控一体化"工作开展实际情况,通过管理创新、制度创新、流程创新,提出了相应的有效解决措施。

This paper outlines the actual management situation for domestic and foreign power grid in integrated dispatching and control system, and analyses the contractions and shortages existing in domestic provincial power grid, whose 500 kV substation supervisory control business is developed in early stage of integration. Furthermore, combined with the integration development situation in Shanxi electric power dispatching ＆ control center, a number of innovative solutions are proposed involving management innovation, institution innovation and process innovation.
