摘要
针对山西临汾热电有限公司1号机组整套调试期间出现的汽轮机背压异常升高的原因进行了综合分析,经过分析排查,发现凝结水除氧装置喷嘴滤网堵塞,造成凝结水回水不畅,是导致背压异常升高的直接原因;通过停机后对该滤网的检查清理,并对空冷凝结水除氧喷嘴管路增加旁路支管等措施,彻底解决了机组背压异常升高的问题。
During the commissioning of 1# unit in Shanxi Linfen Thermal Power Co., Ltd., the back pressure of turbine rose abnormally. The reason of the abnormality was analyzed and it was found that the blocking of nozzle filter on deoxidization device, which lead to the non-smooth flowing of reclaimed condensate water, was the direct reason of the abnormal back pressure rise. Through cleaning up the filter and adding bypass on deoxidization nozzle pipe, the abnormal rise of back pressure was resolved.
