配合物[Ag(CH_3O)N(C_2H_4PPh_2)_3]的合成及其晶体结构

摘要 为合成金属膦配合物并研究其晶体结构和配位模式,以配体三(2-(二苯基膦基)乙基)胺)和硝酸银、甲醇钠为反应物合成了配合物[Ag(CH3O)N(C2H4PPh2)3],并用X射线单晶衍射法对该配合物进行表征。结果表明,该配合物属于六方晶系,R3空间群,晶胞参数a=17.236 5(16),b=17.236 5(16),c=11.323 1(11),α=90°,β=90°,γ=120°,V=2 913.4(5)3,C43H45AgNOP3,Mr=792.58,Z=3,Dc=1.355 g/cm3,μ=0.676 mm-1,F(000)=1 230,最终R1=0.043 2,ωR2=0.105 1基于134 1个可观察衍射点(I>2σ(I))和148个可变参数。[Ag(CH3O)N(C2H4PPh2)3]基团中银离子处于五配位三角双锥的配位环境中,与配体N(C2H4PPh2)3中的3个P、1个N原子以及甲氧基中的O原子配位。[Ag(CH3O)N(C2H4PPh2)3]基团通过弱的π—π,C—H…π和分子间作用力互相堆积形成一个三维网状结构。 For the purpose of synthesis of metal phosphine compound and to study their crystal struc- ture and coordination modes, the complex [Ag( CH30) N (C2H4PPh2 )3 ] was prepared by the reaction of AgNO3, CH30Na with ligand N ( C2 H4 PPh2 ) 3 (tris ( 2-(diphenylphosphino) ethyl) amine), and it was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The results show that the complex is in the hexagonal system and the space group R3 with a = 17. 236 5 (16) A, b = 17. 236 5 (16) /Ix, c=11.323 1(11) A, a=90°, β=90°, γ=120°, V=2 913.4(5) A3, C43H4sAgNOP3, Mr = 792. 58, Z =3, Dc = 1. 355 g/cm3, tt =0. 676 mm-1, F(000) = 1 230. The final R1 =0. 043 2 and toR 2 =0. 105 1 for 134 1 observed reflections (I 〉2δ(1)) with 148 variable parameters. The silver cation in the [Ag( CH30) N( C2H4PPh2 )3 ] moiety locates in a five-coordinated trigonal bipyramid coordination envirinment, and is coordinated by three P atoms, one N atom of the ligand N ( C2 n4PPh2 ) 3 and one 0 atom of the methoxyl. The [Ag ( C H30 ) N ( C2 H4 PPh2 ) 3 ] moieties stack together via weak π-π,C-H…π and intermolecular interactions to form a 3-D reticular structure.
