摘要
巩固和完善国家基本药物制度,是新一轮医药卫生体制改革的重点内容之一。本文通过查阅近年来相关文献资料,对新一轮医药卫生体制改革以来我国实施基本药物制度的主要模式、社会认知度以及主要难点、现实挑战、政策取向做一综述。
To consolidate and improve National Essential Drug System is one of the key issues in the new round of medical and health system reform.Through retrieval of relevant literature in recent years,the paper made a comprehensive review of the main mode,social recognition as well as major difficulties,challenges and policy orientation,since the new round of medical and health system reform.
