摘要
为探讨冷冻温度对牛精子复苏规律的影响,本研究利用全自动细管精液程控冷冻仪软件编制冷冻程序,控制冷冻温度变化,测定精液在不同冷冻温度曲线下冷冻精子复苏规律变化。结果表明,冷冻温度曲线按照:5~-10℃、降温速率5℃/min,-10~-100℃、降温速率35℃/min,-100~-140℃、降温速率20℃/min冷冻程序曲线变化,精子复苏率较高,能达到71%。对冷冻温度曲线进行优化选择,可以提高精液冷冻的复苏率。
