建筑物基础地基的处理是一项较为复杂的工作。建筑物由于使用年限、设计因素、施工因素及其它因素会使地基发生不均匀沉降,使建筑物倾斜,严重危及建筑结构的安全。因此,必须对建筑物的变形原因进行调查分析,并充分考虑施工因素、地基状况等,对建筑物进行纠偏加固。

Foundation treatment of building foundation is a complicated work. Building the use of life,design factors,construction factors and other factors make the uneven settlement of foundation,and make the building inclination,seriously endangering the safety of building structures.Therefore,we must investigate and analyze the reason of deformation of buildings, and considering the construction factors,foundatlon condition,for correction and reinforcement of buildings.
