摘要
赛车喷油嘴座属单件生产,喷油嘴座采用的是铝合金材料,通常用铸造的方式进行加工成型。但对于单件的喷油嘴座的制造加工用铸造工艺成本很高,工作效率也比较低,用最高的工作效率和最低的成本来完成喷油嘴座的制造加工是研究喷油嘴座制造工艺的目的,通过采用方法研究和实施验证来对喷油嘴座的制造进行工作研究,研究结果表明用新的制造工艺制造完成的喷油嘴座均能通过赛车的各项性能测试,满足赛车的各项使用要求。
Injection nozzle seat of racing car manufacturing costs will determine its manufacturing process. Because we are in the devel- opment stage of one-piece manufacturing, so Ihe manufacture, for in- jection seat month eve~ car also needs only a single production. In- jection nozzle seat is used in aluminum alloy material, usually by easting meth~~t processing. But for the processing nozzle seat one-piece casting with high processirg cost. the work efficiency is low. How to reasonable use of the company's existing processing e- quipment, with the highest efficiency and the lowest cost to complete the processing nozzle seat is the study of the nozzle seat manufacturing p^ess. By adopting the method of research and implementation eft the verification of manufacturing nozzle seat for work, the study resuhs show that the nozzle seal with the new manufacturing pn^cesses to roanufaeture complete all through the perfi^rmance test of the car, to meet the requirements of the ear.
