摘要
针对当今数控车床加工长轴类零件两端的端面和内孔时,往往要先加工零件的一头然后调头加工另一头,这样做法是经过了两次装夹,同轴度精度得不到很好的控制,特别是加工内孔时同轴度明显偏差的问题,设计了基于适宜长轴类零件一次装夹两端同时加工的GCK6130型大型单主轴数控双端车床。本文主要介绍了该型数控车床的加工工艺的确定、机床结构、主要技术参数、数控系统的选用及采用的关键技术,并简要分析了技术经济效益。
According to the numerical control lathe processing long shaft parts on both ends of the face and inner hole,often machining a head of parts and then another head,such practice is after two clamping,proper alignment accuracy is not very good control,especially when processing inner hole coaxial degree is obvious deviation,designed a clamping ends at the same time processing GCK6130 type large single spindle CNC double end lathe which is suitable for a long shaft parts.This paper mainly introduces the type CNC lathe processing technology determination,machine tool structure,main technical parameters,selection of nc system,and the key technologies used,and briefly analyzed the technical and economic benefits.
