本文分析了现有数控龙门导轨磨床加工的局限性,设计研究了磨头的A/C回转轴结构,有效解决了复杂曲面的磨削加工问题,扩大了数控龙门导轨磨床的应用范围。

This paper analyzes the recent shortages of CNC gantry gnideway grinder, and design the A/C rotating axis structure of grinding head. To resolve the complicated curved suface grinding issues, so that to expand the application of CNC gantry gnideway grinder.
