The bankruptcy and the revival of Suntech Power Holdings Co., Ltd. in Wuxi City is a big event at the beginning of the year of 2013. The main idea of this paper is that why Suntech, the former typical state strategic new industry went bankrupt, and what inspiration it has given to the starters of new industries. It analyzes Suntech＇s entrepreneurial process and reveals the risks commonly-ignored by the starters of new industries, and puts forward that we should face the risks from the aspect of safe management strategy.
