摘要
本文对轧机压下系统的关键部件非标伺服液压缸的压下控制模式和工作参数进行了确定和校验,得出了带有弹性负载时液压压下缸的传递函数,校验了伺服压下缸液压谐振频率,对同类型设备的压下系统技术改造应有较好的借鉴价值。
: This paper confirmed and checked the working parameters and the control mode of non-standard servo hydraulic screwdown cylinder in rolling mill of the screwdown system, and then obtained the transfer function of hydraulic screwdown cylinder with elastic load, checked the hydraulic resonant frequency. This is an important reference to the technical transformation of screwdown system of similar equipment.
